DFL3000M系列是一款可以安裝在電機接線盒上的背負(fù)式恒壓供水變頻器,它可分為單相輸入單相輸出恒壓供水變頻器,型號為DFL3000M-HYGS1,專用于單相220v的水泵;單相輸入三相輸出的,型號為DFL3000M-HYGS3,用于三相220v的水泵。其外形如下:
3000M系列于電機和壓力傳感器的接線圖如下所示,220v的電源連接AC,AC兩個端子,單相的水泵連接U,V兩個端子:
壓力變送器于變頻器的連接如下圖,壓力變送器的1,2兩個點分別連接V/I,12V.
接好線之后,通上電源,一般變頻器上會顯示兩個壓力,左邊為設(shè)置壓力,右邊為管道的壓力。在一拿到變頻器,如果沒有跟銷售人員說明所用是何種壓力傳感器,有可能還需要設(shè)置你相對應(yīng)的壓力傳感器,如視頻所示
首先,先進(jìn)入系統(tǒng),每一臺變頻器為了不誤操作都有一個密碼,為0168。先按左上角的編程鍵兩次,當(dāng)顯示.0000時,按上下的方向,輸入0168,然后按左下方的保存確認(rèn)鍵,這樣就成功進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)。
進(jìn)入系統(tǒng)后顯示參數(shù)pr130,轉(zhuǎn)是設(shè)置壓力傳感器量程的參數(shù)號,比如我們用的壓力傳感器的最大值為1.0mpa,可以按以下視頻操作。在顯示pr130時,按左下角的功能保存確認(rèn)鍵,進(jìn)入該參數(shù)設(shè)置,設(shè)置為d01.00.此處數(shù)值單位為mpa。
一般只是需要設(shè)置量程就可以,為了用戶能夠更簡單的使用3000M變頻器,變頻器出廠時設(shè)置了一次恢復(fù)模式,比如你根據(jù)使用壓力傳感器的輸出信號,比如0-5vdc,0.5-4.5vdc,4-20ma,三個選擇。與下表pr068 中的d0010,d0017,d0018相對應(yīng)
